The stress of redundancy, restructuring, being let go

It happens a lot. Every job is temporary, even when you’re your own boss. I’ve worked with a lot of clients working through redundancy and restructuring.

It’s a difficult time. Most of my clients find it uncomfortable, unsettling or confronting.

There’s often high anxiety about how to pay the bills and what happens to all the plans and goals you thought you had. In this ebook, I offer you a few client stories and some tips on how others have got through this period and made a transition. I’m hoping it’ll help you with yours too.
